Discussion: It was suggested that skippers be free to invite adult children and family and friends. All agreed that this was something that we have always done anyway and any skipper should be free to continue this practice in club over nights.
Special Matters:
1. Urgent!! Larry handed out draft copies of each skipper’s crew Talley’s for the year for comment and correction. It is urgent that each skipper review this draft and immediately notify Larry of any corrections. This draft is absent some records turned into Steve Dauzy and entered into his record. Rest assured these two records will be merged this next week. It is urgent that we have a corrected final record for next week, so please skippers get those corrections to Larry ASAP. They are urgent to show skippers in good standing to vote and to announce.
2. Lost & Found – any items lost or found should report to Bridge@ssyc.com so to try to unite finder with persons loosing items.
Matters tabled:
1. Ted Johnson, our web master: Discussion of future developments.
2. “Giving Crew Trip Credits for foreign trips” – Bill Rowlands – Status Report
3. “Financial Burden/Liability forms for foreign trips – Bill Rowlands – Status Report
4. “Release from Liability forms for foreign trips” – Bill Rowlands – Status Report
If I have missed any matter, please let me know.
If any Skipper wishes to add any matter to the next agenda for October 8, 2007, please let me know.
Remarks for the good of the order
Larry Gill,
Fleet Captain
